Sun. Apr. 22 4:30 pm The TempesT Shakespeare’s masterpiece as you’ve never seen it before!! Six classically trained women known as the Tempest Ladies (Stella Berg, Laura Borgwardt, Julia Giolzetti, Holly Hart, Laura Bess Jernigan, and Jana Stambaugh) tackle all of the roles in William Shakespeare’s final work, often switching parts mid-scene. The group was founded while the girls studied at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre in London. After performances at the Edinburgh Fringe & in New York City, where the show was called “spellbinding”, “hugely inventive”, “wonderfully realized”, “extraordinary” and “passionate”, Shakespeare’s tale of shipwrecked kings, spirits, lovers, and clowns is now on tour. A physically demanding, playful, and accessible production, this Tempest is bringing a fresh approach to one of the greatest stories ever written. This production can be cut to 60 or 90 minutes without an intermission and is for the whole family. The Tempest Ladies also offer an educational program, with several different workshops offered for varying age levels, and which can be altered to fit any lesson plan. For more information, visit
